That is very probable. How are your two monitors set up, what are their resolutions and how are they positioned to each other?
I suspect that one is taller than the other, and CN takes the whole virtual desktop Y size..

This all seems very much tied to your personal workflow.. could you try to generalize this? What is the task you're accomplishing here?

Personally I think "due date" is much more common to see in software than "start date". Anyhow, I think that probably this should be implemented together with alarms anyway.

Wow, I just wrote exactly the same thing in the forum topic :) Well I guess then it is settled, introducing this option should be easy.

Good idea, but needs generalization. Start date + recurrence period + one of (end date, number of repetitions) could become a good addition for alarms.

They are similar, but not quite. This one is about introducing a new control, whereas that one suggest to add a "hidden" feature - extended date-related query syntax. Actually both could be implemented.
